Why kids Gym?

kids Gym offers 20+ different actions to do during each session through Circuit Style Training. The rotations will include 4 actions within 7 minute blocks & a 3 minute break in between each block. Blocks will change throughout the session. Your child will complete a total of 6 blocks in a 1 hour session.  Your child will be challenged & transformed mentally & physically.

What kids Gym Offers

  3. Schedule your training sessions on the calendar.(Each package gives a certain number of visits per month).
    GOLD: 8 (up to twice per week)
    SILVER: 6(Up to 1.5 per week)
    BRONZE: 4 (1 session per week)

  4. Return your signed Waiver.

  5. Show up ready to work!
